The Royal Air Force Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (RAFBBMF) is administratively part of the Royal Air Force No 1 Group and operates from RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire.
The aircraft are regularly seen at events commemorating World War II, upon British State occasions, notably the Trooping the Colour celebrating Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday and at air displays throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.
We are pleased to confirm that the RAF BBMF have confirmed that they will offer a Spitfire aircraft Fly-Past our our Family Fun Fest event on 2nd July.
The Fly-Past is scheduled to take place early afternoon. To ensure you catch it, please ensure you plan to arrive before 12pm. As always, the Fly-Past will be subject to weather, aircraft availability and other operational reasons which are beyond the organisers control. Therefore the organiser cannot guarantee the Fly-Past will take place.
