Ticket Information.
Accompanied children aged 5 and under do not require a ticket for entry.
Disabled persons purchasing tickets may be accompanied by a carer who may enter free of charge. (Proof of disability may be requested on entry).
Car Parking Information.
Limited car parking will be available on a first come basis. Parking £5 payable in cash at the gate. (Occupants within cars require tickets as above).

Alternative parking is available at the nearby AJ Bell Stadium, payable £5 cash on a first come basis. (Sat Nav M30 7EY)
Visitors are asked kindly not to park in nearby local residence roadways.

Ticket Refunds Policy Normally we do not refund monies for purchased tickets according to our terms and conditions unless there are exceptional circumstances or the event is cancelled. The Event Organisers are not obliged to refund any monies for purchased tickets. However, in some exceptional cases, refund applications are considered on an individual basis. Refunds may incur an administration fee. Customers should send their tickets with a covering letter stating their full name, address and reason for their refund claim to: City Airport and Heliport, Liverpool Road, Eccles, Manchester. Claims must be received no later than 1st August 2016. Claims will be considered after the event.
