Ticket Policy for Individuals with Disabilities

City Airport Ltd does not wish to discriminate against visitors with disabilities. For events organised by City Airport Ltd or in partnership with City Airport Ltd the full pre - paid admission price will be charged. However, if a visitor to such events has a full time carer, a free ticket may be allocated to the carer.


This concession is only available when purchasing tickets in advance online. Please purchase a ticket for the visitor only (but not the carer). Supporting documentation (Disability Living Allowance or similar) must then be emailed to us along with your full priced ticket order reference for verification. An additional Carer ticket will then be issued. Orders without documentation will not be accepted and tickets will have to be purchased at full price.


There will be no discounted/concession tickets for those that do not require a full time carer.

If there are circumstances that mean visitors with disabilities are unable to attend on the day due to their disability and the ticket is not used, a full refund will be provided. Please note a request must be made in writing and tickets will need to be returned to us and/or where e-tickets are used we will verify the ticket has not been used, prior to a refund being issued.


We aim to make a visit to City Airport accessible, comfortable and enjoyable for all visitors.

Where we are able, we will provide designated disabled parking space. However due to the nature of the event space, the majority of car parking is usually on grass surfaces which may be uneven.

Disabled toilets are available within Sopwith Bar & Grill (during their opening hours). For events, additonal disabled portaloos will be provided.

Assistance dogs are welcome (there may be restricted access for some areas).
